Hello.  Welcome to my class.  My name is Mrs. Bailey.  This is my 4th year of teaching Kindergarten and my 27th year of teaching.  I previously taught 2nd Grade and was a Reading Specialist for South Lexington.  For eight years, I was a teacher's assistant in Kindergarten where I learned a lot about the Kindergarten World.  Kindergarten is a fun grade to teach.  They are at the level where they are eager to learn and don't realize sometimes when they are having fun, there is learning taking place.

I look forward to working with you and your child this year.  We have a lot to learn.  Together we can make it all happen.
