I have high expectations for my students. Academically my goal is to teach students how to study, how to prepare for tests (which brings us back to study, study and study). There is no other way to succeed other than to find the strength and determination within yourself to activate a desire to learn. I also have high expectations on how we treat each other. We must be kinder and more considerate. It's wrong to be otherwise. I try every day to instill that in my students and I know it has an effect because our students are all genuinely kind, and lovely people. At this time in their lives many are trying to find out who they are, and who they want to be. But with that said, figuring out who you want to be does not allow for being particularly hurtful or cruel and I will stand in the way of that and hold students accountable.
