Science is extremely heavy with vocabulary. If students do not know their vocabulary, they will not understand the principles that are being taught in class. They will also not understand questions asked on quizzes, tests, and check-ins. Students should be studying vocabulary EVERY night. They should be making flashcards and utilizing them.
