LCS EC Parent Advisory Council
-
The EC Parent Advisory Council advocates for all students with special needs. The EC-PAC is comprised of representatives from each school who are parents of students currently receiving special education services in Lexington City Schools. The EC-PAC meets on a quarterly basis. The purpose of this parent council is to advance awareness about meeting the needs of the total child at home and at school, to promote a challenging educational program, to assist with meeting the needs of students at all phases of transition, to provide feedback and suggestions to improve services to all students, and to discuss current EC issues. If you have any questions, concerns, or ideas for improvement, please feel free to contact your school’s Principal or Cathy Misenhiemer, Director of Special Programs for Lexington City Schools.
