I’m a seasoned professional in the Piedmont-Triad area of NC. You might say leadership and learning, as well as the opportunities they reveal, are a passion of mine. I've been involved in Training, Mentoring, and Personnel Development in some form or fashion for over 30 years, so it's in my blood. Over the years I've had the pleasure of developing successful proactive solutions for a variety of companies and organizations.

I love creating new and exciting opportunities for both youth and adults. It brings out the Teacher/Coach in me and I get to be a part of helping them take their business and/or career to the next level. A professor once told me: "You don't truly know it until you can teach it to someone else." I apply that to leadership and work diligently to create new leaders as well as challenge leaders to become better.

As a results-oriented, dedicated and experienced professional I believe in providing exceptional service and creating a win-win scenario for all the stakeholders. I bring that philosophy to every role, duty, task and assignment to turn what some would see as an obstacle into an accomplishment.
