• Homework March 20-24

     

    This week we will work with the “all” family.  We will continue to work on numbers and comparing items and shapes.  Encourage your child to keep up the good work.  They are doing a super job!  Some of the children are getting confused between days, months, and seasons.  Please continue to review these nightly.

    Continue to practice tying shoes.

     

    Monday:  Tal about the field trip.  What was your favorite thing.

     

    Tuesday: Write first and last name. Write the following word family words two times; call, tall, fall, mall, and ball. Say the sounds that the letter makes as they write the word.  This will help with distinguishing beginning, middle and ending sounds.

    Write a sentence with one “all” word and draw a picture to match the sentence.

    Call out the following numbers and have your child write them down; 25, 15, 18, 30, and 25.

    Skip count by 10’s to 100 (count by 10’s)

    Say the months of the year. Say the seasons of the year.  Check to see if they know the difference between them.  What month is it?  What month comes before March?

    Review k-words, read skinny books, and media center books (log).
