Degrees and Certifications:

Mrs. Boutazar

My name is Michelle Boutazar (pronounced BOO-TA-ZAR), but you can call me Mrs. B.  This will be my fourth year at Charles England and my third year teaching third grade. I have a daughter in 2nd grade and my son will be starting kindergarten this year. When I am not teaching, I like to read, go hiking with my kids  and I love to go to the beach.

As the school year progresses, I’m looking forward to seeing all of you learn, grow and lead through new experiences in third grade.  I have high expectations for my students and I want to make sure they all know that they can accomplish anything as long as they put their minds to it.  When things get difficult we will work together to find solutions that best meet the needs of each child.

A major factor with being a third grade student is responsibility.  Third graders will be learning how to become more responsible for themselves.  They will be in charge of making sure that they have all of the items they need to complete their assignments, their pencils, materials and handouts. They will be working on keeping their personal spaces tidy and keeping track of their materials.
