I am a graduate of Elon College and have a Master's Degree from Appalachian State University.  I have been teaching Social Studies since 2001, and have been at Lexington Senior High School since 2020.  I have taught at the Advanced Placement level in American History, World History, and Research.  I have also led the Theory of Knowledge course in the International Baccalaureate program.

I have lived in multiple foreign countries and have travelled extensively in the United States.  I enjoy science fiction and action/adventure films, and am an avid video and board gamer.
