I am an alumnus of Lexington Senior High School, and have been lucky enough to teach and lead at our school for the past nine years. 

For the past four years I have had the pleasure of serving as the Multi Classroom Leader and Master Teacher Leader for the English Department.  Through this role, I take care of managing the English department curricula, writing and managing all assessments, using data to help teachers and students set goals, leading teachers through coaching cycles, and teaching small groups of students in and out of their classrooms. 

I am a proud Mom to my daughter, who is a student in our district, and I am an animal mom as well. 

I am driven by a love of reading and learning, and a firm belief that all students can be successful.
