I am excited about being your child’s teacher for this 2023-2024 school year! I am passionate about creating a warm and welcoming classroom environment for my students. It is my goal to guide students to become lifelong learners who continuously seek out new learning opportunities. Each student is unique and will be integral in the building of a classroom environment that is positive, caring and respectful. 

I have been in education for the past 17 years, 7 of which I spent teaching in North Carolina. I enjoy watching students learn and acquire new skills. I also enjoy spending time with my family and friends, watching movies, reading books, crafting and traveling.
