Torrey Jackson, a Lexington native, is excited to be teaching music in her home town!   She  has earned a Masters in Opera Performance from Longy School of Music  of Bard College in Cambridge MA and a bachelors in Vocal Performance and Music Education from Appalachian State.  

When she isn’t teaching she loves to serve the local arts community and perform.  She is on the board of Lexington Live Community theatre. She has been seen in Lexington Live Community Theatre productions.  She has also performed in plays, operas and  musicals in Boston, New York and North Carolina.   In her free time Torrey loves to play with her daughter Elliott, cook, and fantasize about future travel plans with her husband Kelly. (a music teacher and guitar player himself.)
