Lexington City Schools – Important Open Enrollment Reminder

Open Enrollment for Pierce Group Benefits begins tomorrow, Monday, October 19th, and ends Friday, November 13th.

Please remember that the first payroll deduction for most 2027 benefits will occur in December.

If you wish to continue your Flexible Spending Account, you MUST re-enroll during Open Enrollment.

Lexington City Schools Open Enrollment announcement featuring the district’s orange and blue Yellow Jacket mascot. Pierce Group Benefits Open Enrollment runs October 19–November 13, 2026. New annual contribution maximums are $3,400 for Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and $7,500 for Dependent Care Accounts. Employees must re-enroll to continue FSA contributions. Colonial benefits offered on a guaranteed issue basis include Accident, Critical Illness with Cancer, Medical Bridge, Disability, Individual Term Life, and Whole Life. Employees are encouraged to review their benefit options and enroll before the deadline.
