Hello, families!

My name is Mrs. Bigay, and I am excited to begin my second year at Pickett Elementary School as an Exceptional Children (EC) Teacher! I graduated from the Philippines with a degree in Special Education, and I am passionate about creating a classroom where every child feels valued, supported, and capable of learning.

I am thrilled to begin another wonderful school year with our students and families. Each day, we will have opportunities to learn, explore, grow, and celebrate our progress. In our classroom, we believe that mistakes are a natural part of learning, kindness matters, and every student has unique strengths and abilities to share.

My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment where students can build confidence, develop new skills, and become more independent.
