School Bus Transportation Meetings

Lexington City Schools is inviting families to attend a series of School Bus Transportation Meetings to discuss possible adjustments to student transportation in response to the ongoing bus driver shortage.

The meetings will provide an opportunity to share updates, gather feedback, and work together on solutions such as combining nearby bus stops and creating Alternate Transportation Zones (ATZs) within 1½ miles of schools.

  • Charles England Elementary — Tuesday, September 23 at 5:30 PM

  • Pickett Elementary — Thursday, September 25 at 5:30 PM

  • Southwest Global Academy — Tuesday, September 30 at 5:30 PM

🎉 Families who attend will be entered into drawings for school-branded prizes and a chance to win a cash gift card. Interpretation services will be available at all sessions.
