Lexington City Schools is now accepting transportation requests for the 2026-2027 school year. Our goal is to accommodate every transportation request received by July 20, 2026. Families are encouraged to submit their requests as soon as possible to help us efficiently plan routes and services for the upcoming school year.
Will your student be a new bus rider, attending a new school, or have a new address for next year? Secure your bus route by requesting transportation today! Please click the available LINK and complete the transportation request form.
If your student rode the bus during the current school year and there are no changes to their school assignment or home address, there is no need to reapply for transportation for the upcoming school year. Existing transportation assignments will automatically carry over to the next school year.
If there are any changes to your student's transportation needs, school assignment, or address, please submit a new transportation request for the upcoming school year.
Transportation assignment information will be provided by your child's school during Open House in August.
