Wendell Bond III
Welcome to my classroom! I am a proud graduate of the illustrious North Carolina Central University, where I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Music Education. GO EAGLES!
I am a low brass specialist, with the tuba as my primary instrument. I am passionate about helping students grow as musicians while also developing their confidence, leadership skills, work ethic, and ability to work as a team.
This year marks my 5th year serving as the Director of Bands at Lexington Senior High School, and I am extremely excited about what we will accomplish together. My goal is to continue building a band program centered around musicianship, pride, commitment, and unity, while creating an environment where every student is challenged to reach their full potential.
I am looking forward to another great year of learning, growing, and creating great music with my students!
