Lexington City Schools is pleased to announce the appointment of Tracy Dalton as the district’s new Director of Transportation, effective January 31, 2026.
With 28 years of service to the district, Dalton brings extensive experience and deep institutional knowledge to the role. Her leadership reflects a strong commitment to student safety, operational excellence, and reliable transportation services for students and families.
As Director of Transportation, Dalton will oversee all aspects of district transportation operations, including route planning, fleet management, safety compliance, and staff supervision. Lexington City Schools looks forward to the continued success of the Transportation Department under her leadership.
