Lexington City Schools Superintendent Dr. Ron Anthony has completed a series of staff and principal engagement meetings across all six district campuses as part of ongoing efforts focused on communication, collaboration, and employee engagement throughout the district.

Over the past several weeks, Dr. Anthony visited each Lexington City Schools campus to meet directly with principals, teachers, support staff, and school employees. The meetings created opportunities for staff members to share feedback, ask questions, discuss school successes, and engage in conversations centered on the continued growth and future of Lexington City Schools.

In addition to the in-person meetings, staff members are also being encouraged to share feedback through a district staff survey to help ensure employee voices remain part of ongoing district conversations and future planning efforts.

The districtwide visits reflect a continued commitment to visibility, relationship building, and maintaining open lines of communication across Lexington City Schools.

Schools included in the engagement meetings were Lexington Senior High School, Lexington Middle School, Charles England Elementary School, Pickett Elementary School, South Lexington  Pre-K & Kindergarten School and Developmental Center, and Southwest Elementary Global Academy.

Lexington City Schools remains committed to fostering a culture of collaboration and shared leadership while continuing to support students, staff, and families across the district.
